Welcome to Valley of Strength. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
Results from the online video course or 1:1 coaching are not guaranteed and may vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.
Valleyofstrength.ca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Online Video Course
Price: $150 for lifetime access.
Refund Policy:

Full refund available within 20 days of purchase.

After 20 days, no refunds will be issued.
2. 1:1 Coaching Program
Price Options:

$1,500 for 12 sessions.

Limited-time offer: Book by March 31, 2025, and pay:
$1,000 upfront, or $500 in two installments: the first installment at registration and the second installment 4 weeks after registration.
Includes lifetime access to the online video course.
Refund Policy:

Full refund available after the first session if you are unsatisfied.

After the second session, no refunds will be issued. However, you will retain

lifetime access to the online video course.

No refunds will be issued after the third session or beyond.
General Terms
Payment:

Payments must be made in full or according to the installment plan agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Failure to complete installment payments may result in the suspension of services or access to the course.
Service Delivery:

Online video courses are accessible immediately after purchase.

1:1 coaching sessions will be scheduled mutually between the client and the coach.
Cancellations and Rescheduling (1:1 Coaching):

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Access to Online Video Course:
Lifetime access means you will have access for as long as the course is available on our platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
